Profit = revenue minus all recorded expenses. CULTUS recalculates it automatically every time you log new data.

How is a service's cost calculated?

Assign the materials a service uses and how much of each it consumes — cost is calculated automatically.

What kinds of goals can I set?

Revenue, profit, clients-served or hours-worked goals for a chosen period.

Can reminders repeat?

You can mark a reminder as recurring (daily, weekly, and so on) — the recurrence is shown alongside the reminder.

What data can CULTUS AI see?

The CULTUS AI chat is grounded in a summary of this month's revenue, expenses, profit, margin, hours worked and business health score.

How many team members can Studio have?

The Studio plan includes 3 team seats.

Can I see profitability by team member?

Yes, Studio shows revenue and profit broken down by team member.

Can other organizations see my data?

No — your business data is scoped to your own organization and never mixes with another account's data.
